Refurbishment News - We are pleased to report that the refurbishment plans have started to develop. We have had new lighting put into the 'entrance lounge' as well as new double glazed units and we have replaced the curtains. We have also insulating the toilet area of the vestry and have had new double glazed units installed and we have decorated. We have also had the double glazed window units placed into the main church building.

We are ongoing with our refurbishment plans, we are now working towards a new heating system to be put into the church.

Pilots - Our Pilots group has just hosted the north west area Pilots 75th year birthday party. We welcomed Pilots from Widnes and the wonderful Coverdale Puppets entertained the children. We will update our new facebook page with pictures from the day shortly. If you would like to join Pilots at Saint Columba then please feel free to come along any Wednesday evening (we do not meet during childrens school holidays) at 6:45pm til 8pm.

Prayer Requests – A prayer box is placed on the table in the entrance for anyone who wishes to have a prayer said in church for themselves or anyone else.  If you would like a prayer said, please complete a prayer card and place it in the box provided. Or you can email us the name or situation for a prayer to be said and we will gladly submit a prayer card for you contact us using the email address on the webpage

Food Bank – A box is now in place at the back of church to collect your donations of Tinned and Packet food to help combat hidden hunger in families in South Liverpool. A sample shopping list is attached to the box. Any small donations will be gratefully accepted.
